Kvmeter.Ru: SU-155 Group’s Partner included in the TOP rating of Moscow Most Hi-Tech Production Plants
Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant took the second place in the TOP-100 rating of hi-tech construction suppliers of Moscow, who as a result of 2013 have mostly contributed to the implementation of Moscow government order and possess the maximum intangible assets confirming the availability of high technologies. According to the survey performed by the experts of the city business publication “Moscow Tender Bulletin”, a machinery construction plant, which is a partner of SU-155 Group, was recognized as one of the most high-tech suppliers of Moscow.
The survey indicates that this enterprise is currently performing the commitments under 4 government construction contracts for the total amount of 628 million rubles. In addition, OJSC Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant has 55 certificates and other documents that confirm the availability of high technologies. Under three government contracts for 386,7, 118,6 and 106,2 million rubles respectively, the company is replacing lift equipment in Moscow residential buildings. Another agreement for 15,7 million rubles regulates a complex of activities intended to provide unimpeded access for wheelchair persons into residential buildings.
Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant is one of the largest elevator construction plants in Russia, the history of which began over 70 year ago. OJSC Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant produces elevators for passengers and materials, lift hoists for hospitals, equipment for car parking areas and various other products. One of the most significant developments made by the company’s engineers are the Wellmaks passenger elevators. Their distinctive features include a relatively low price and a high quality and comfort of the elevator cars.
At the same time, OJSC Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant is not the only partner of SU-155 Group producing elevators for government contracts. LLC Serpukhov Elevator Plant – a machinery construction plant built from greenfield - began its operations in Serpukhov, Moscow Region in August 2013. LLC Serpukhov Elevator Plant, the investments of SU-155 Group into which are nearly 3 billion rubles, has recently signed its first government contracts with Moscow Region for approximately 450 million rubles. Before 31 December 2014 the plant will deliver and install 293 new wellmaks passenger elevators in the region. This will cover 3,9% of the scope required for the implementation of the regional program for lift equipment replacement and modernization.
The rating includes TOP-100 construction companies which as a result of 2013 have mostly contributed to the implementation of Moscow government order and possess the maximum intangible assets confirming the availability of high technologies (licenses, statements, certificates, patents, etc.), information about which is can be found in open public domain.
